Birnihigo is building Ethiopia’s first fully vertically integrated poultry ecosystem. This means we manage the entire value chain—from our own hatchery and broiler production, to sustainable feed sourcing (including cultivating over 2,000 hectares for maize and soybean), through to our Halal-certified meat processing facility (48 tons/day capacity), and finally to market distribution. Our eco-centric farming strategy includes:

* Land Stewardship: Operating on 42 hectares of bio-secure land and expanding sustainable feed cultivation.
